CAMR VISUALS / UNFILTERED

Shoot
terms.

A clear agreement for an adult fine art and fashion photography project built on informed choice, defined boundaries and respect.

Important: this page is an application acknowledgement. Every confirmed participant will also receive a written shoot brief, boundaries record and model release before photography begins.
01

Adult participation

You must be at least 18 years old and have capacity to make your own informed decisions. CAMR Visuals will verify age and identity before confirming a shoot. A completed application does not guarantee selection or create an obligation to take part.

02

The creative scope

UNFILTERED explores fashion, lingerie, implied nudity and art nude through creative portraiture, movement and individual expression. Every shoot is shaped around a clearly agreed concept and each participant's comfort and boundaries.

No participant is required to undress beyond their agreed limit, take part in any pose or direction they are uncomfortable with, or create any image they do not want to make. The precise concept, wardrobe, level of nudity, poses, contact and closed-set requirements will be agreed in writing before the shoot.

03

Consent and boundaries

  • Consent must be active, specific and freely given.
  • You may decline any pose, styling choice or direction without needing to explain why.
  • You may pause or end the shoot at any time without pressure or penalty.
  • Agreement to one image, look or level of exposure does not mean agreement to another.
  • Any change to the agreed concept requires a fresh discussion and clear consent.
  • A support person or chaperone may attend where agreed in advance.
04

Where images may appear

If selected and separately approved under the signed model release, final images may be displayed only on the CAMR Visuals website at camrvisuals.uk and on CAMR-controlled pages within that website, including the UNFILTERED project and gallery.

Images will not be posted on social media, used in paid advertising, sold or licensed to third parties, submitted to external publications, exhibited, printed for sale or used to train generative AI systems unless you give separate, specific written permission for that additional use.

05

Copyright and licence

Unless a separate written agreement says otherwise, the photographer retains copyright in the photographs and edits. Your permission to be photographed and for agreed website publication is a limited model release; it does not transfer copyright to you. Copyright ownership does not expand CAMR Visuals' permission beyond the website-only use agreed with you.

You may not reproduce, sell, alter or commercially distribute photographs without written permission. Any personal-use images supplied to you will be governed by the licence provided with them.

06

Selection and editing

CAMR Visuals will select and edit the final photographs in its established visual style. Editing may include monochrome treatment, cropping, colour, tonal work and retouching. Material alterations that could significantly change the meaning of an intimate image will not be made or published outside the agreed creative scope.

07

Personal information

Applications, identity checks, consent records and photographs are personal information. Intimate imagery or application answers may also reveal special-category information relating to a person's sex life or sexual orientation. Where that information is processed on the basis of explicit consent, the consent will be requested separately and recorded.

Access will be limited to the people who need it for selection, production, editing, administration and publication. Application and shoot records will be stored securely and kept only for as long as reasonably required for the stated purposes, legal obligations and the management of permissions. See the CAMR Visuals Privacy Policy for fuller information about rights and contact details.

08

Withdrawal

You may withdraw a consent that CAMR Visuals relies on by emailing hello@camrvisuals.uk. Withdrawal does not change the lawfulness of use before withdrawal. CAMR Visuals will stop new consent-based use and remove affected images from pages it controls as soon as reasonably practicable, subject to any different lawful basis or legal requirement that was explained in advance.

Although CAMR Visuals will act on content it controls, it cannot guarantee removal of copies independently saved, cached or captured by third parties while a page was available online. This practical limitation does not permit CAMR Visuals to continue publishing after a valid withdrawal where consent is the basis for publication.

09

Practical agreement

Date, location, access, expenses or fee, usage, cancellation arrangements, crew, chaperone, closed-set requirements and delivery will be confirmed separately in the shoot brief or booking agreement. Participants must disclose any accessibility, safety or medical requirements they want the production to accommodate, without providing more information than is necessary.

10

Concerns and law

Questions, concerns or withdrawal requests should be sent to hello@camrvisuals.uk. These terms and any signed shoot agreement are governed by the law of England and Wales, unless mandatory law requires otherwise. Nothing in these terms removes rights that cannot lawfully be excluded.

READ. CHOOSE.
APPLY.

Please read this page before applying. If selected, do not sign the final model release until the creative brief, permitted level of exposure, publication scope and your boundaries are accurate and clear. Independent legal advice may be taken before signing.

Complete the application form below only when you understand the project and are comfortable recording your current boundaries. Nothing selected in the form is blanket consent.
